Right of withdrawal

CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to cancel this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to or expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to opened or unsealed cosmetic and care products.
